This Privacy Policy explains how AutismX ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and protects information from users of the AutismX platform ("Service"). We built AutismX for autism families, and we take your privacy seriously.
Account information (name, email, payment details via Stripe), family profile data (child ages, chosen age groups), usage data (which modules you use, how often), and progress data you voluntarily log. We do not collect medical diagnoses or clinical health records.
To personalize AutismX to your child\'s age group and needs, deliver AI-tailored recommendations, provide customer support, and improve our features. We never sell your data. We never share it with advertisers.
All data is transmitted over SSL/TLS. We are HIPAA-aware in our practices, though AutismX is not a clinical service and does not store Protected Health Information (PHI). Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant provider.
You can access, export, or delete your data at any time via your Settings page or by emailing [email protected]. GDPR and CCPA rights are honored.
AutismX accounts are held by adults (parents, guardians, therapists, teachers). We do not knowingly collect data directly from children under 13. Family profiles contain age-group information but no PII about children.
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) to understand aggregate usage. You can opt out of non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
